Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) Strengthens the mind, having a long reputation of improving memory. Hence the phrase 'rosemary for remembrance'. A tonic to the heart, liver, and gallbladder. For convalescing after surgeries, injuries, or sickness. A pain-relieving essential oil that helps with headaches, stiffness of the joints, and muscles. For clearing up colds and aiding the respiratory system.

Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha) Excellent for the respiratory system in situations where there is too much moisture.  It has a drying effect on the mucous membranes. Anti-septic, anti-fungal, tonic to the digestive system and wound healer. 

Ravensara (Ravensara aromatica) Stimulates the immune system. Anti-viral against flus, shingles and herpes. Helps with muscular pain and relaxes the body.

Lemon (Citrus Limon) Helps engage the body's defenses to fight off infection and acidity in the body.

Juniper (Juniperus communis) Detoxifying, astringent, tonic, and anti-septic.

Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus radiata) For aches, pains, chronic respiratory infections, and fighting bacterial or viral infections. 

Basil (Ocimum basilicum) Stimulating, tonic to the nerves, minimizes uric acid in the body.


How to use-  Do a patch test to check for sensitivity when using essential oil blends on the skin.

1) State your intention- "I am strength. I trust in the healing wisdom of my body, mind, and spirit as one. My mind is clear and I am restored."

2) Shake the bottle, open it, and gently tap the blend onto the palm of your hand. Cup your hands over your mouth and nose and breathe in aroma. 

3) Massage a few drops onto the neck, hands, lower back, and feet. 

4) Use in a foot bath (3-4 drops) or Bath (2-3 drops)

5) Drink water to hydrate and cleanse.
